ORDINANCE N0. 84-037
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 83-009 WHICH
ANIENDED ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 14, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 83-009 of
the City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as
follows:
"Section 2. That the zoning herein granted
in conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan
in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No.
1710, which after full compliance with the pro-
cedure established in Section 21 of said Ordinance
No. 1710, r.iust be approved by the City Council
prior to the issuance of any building permits.
The site plan, including the drainage plan,
attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved as to
Lot 16, City Block 296 only, being only part of
the property required in such plat plans."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
May 14, 1984.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of May, 1984.
