AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF DIVISION 2 OF CHAPTER 29 OF THE
CODE OF ORDInTANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND DECLAR-
ING THE SAME TO BE NULL AND VOID AND OF NO EFFECT; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFF.CTIVE DATE OF AUGUST 13, 1984.
BE IT QRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Division 2 of Chapter 29 including
Sections 29-131 through Section 29-139 of the Code of
Ordinances, City of Paris, Paris, Texas, is hereby repealed
and declared null and void and of no effect.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are her.eby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
August 13, 1984.
