AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
F.STABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) ON LOT 18, BLOCK 1,
STELLROSE ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JIM STALLINGS,
SG AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A
ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) ; AND DESIGNATIIVG
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SO
ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a TG]0 FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), be, and the
same is hereby established on LOT 18, BLOCK l, STELLROSE
ADDITION, on property belonging to JIM STALLINGS, so as to
include in such TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) the
hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is
presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2
(SF-2), and that the boundaries of sa.id TWO FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT (2F), be, and the same are hereby established as
follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Lot 18, Block l, Stellrose
Addition to the City of Paris as shown on plat of
said addition of record in Plat Records, Lamar
County, Texas.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
riap accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are her.eby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regula.r session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the l Oth day of September,
1984.
