84-070 ORD PROVIDING CODE OF ORDINANCES BE AMENDED BY REVISING TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICE MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE
ORDINANCE NQ. $4-070
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
- TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICE MAP
ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE;
PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY rIOT TO EXCEED $200.00; RF.PEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER l, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted
in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Paris be amended to include stop sign as
follows:
"Stop, North Collegiate at FM 195, from the
Sauth.
Section 2. Any person violating ar.y of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C"
Misdemeanor, and upon conviction. shall be fined in any sum
not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
canflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
November. 1, 1984.
