AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING MONTHLY RATES FOR CABLE SERVICES
OFFERED BY MCCAW MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS, INC., UNDER
ORDINANCE N0. 84-039; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 1, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That McCaw Midwest Communications, Inc.,
be authorized to place into effect the following schedule of
rates for public, community antenna signal service within
the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Texas, in accor-
dar_ce with the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Paris and the franchise granted to said corporation, being
Ordinance No. 84-039, as follows:

Section 2. The rates established in Section 1
become effective on the first day of October, 1984, and are
billable and collectable for the first time on the lst day
of November, 1984.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
