AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
r1EIGHBORH00D SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 7, CITY BLOCK
227-D, ON PR.OPERTY BELONGING TO W. P. MURPHY, SO AS TO
INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO
FAMILY DWELLIrIG DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBGRHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO
ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAIPIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the
same is hereby established on LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 227-D, on
property belonging to W. P. MURPHY, so as to include in such
NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as
a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries
of said NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same
are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being described as Lot 7, Block 227-D.
Further described by metes and bounds beginning at
the Southwest corner of the intersection of East
Booth St. and FM Hwy. 195;
THENCE West 120';
THENCE South 61.33';
THENCE East 120';
THENCE North 61.33' to the place of
beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map af the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day of November,
