AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTALLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
COMr1ERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AtTTO FUEL
SALES (49) ON LOTS 5, 6 AND 7, BLOCK 1, FAIRVIEW ADDITION,
ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO KEN SLAGLE, SO AS TO INCLUDE
THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL
SALES (49) SO ESTABLISHET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map a.nd Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT -
AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same is hereby established
on LOTS 5, 6 AND 7, BLOCK 1, FAIRVIEW ADDITION, on property
belonging to KEN SLAGLE, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49)
the hereinaf.ter described property, which was formerlv and
is presently designated as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and
that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND
SPECIFIC t1SE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same
are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
Citv of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 1,
Fairview Addition to the City af Paris as shown on
plat of said addition of record in the Plat
P.ecords, Lamar County, Texas.
Section 2. Tha.t the Director of Community Development
ef the City of Paris, be, and he is here.by directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accord.ance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accampanyi-ng the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinancP.
Section 3. All ordinances and paxts of ordinances in
confJ_ict herewith are hereby expressly repea.led.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the lOth day of December,
1984.
