CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHEL BY THE ZONING MAP OF SRID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PER14IT - AUTO FUEL
SALES (49) ON LOTS 7, 8 AND 9, BLOCK 1, NEAGLE ADDITION, QN
PROPERTY BELONGING TO WILLIAM E. THOMAS, SR., SO AS TO
ZNCLUDE THER.EIN TFRRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A
COMMERGIAL DISTRI.CT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDAR.IES OF
THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO
FUEL SALES (49) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Or_dinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT -
AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same is hereby established
on LOTS 7, 8 AND 9, BLOCK l, NEAGLE ADDITION, on property
belongirig to WILLIAM E. THOMAS, SR., so as to include in
such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ANL SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO
FUEL SALES (GQ) the hereinafter described property, which
was formerly and is presently d.esignated as a COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT (C), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALFS (49),
be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block l, Neagle
Ad.dition to the City of Pari.s as shown on plat of
said addition of record in Plat Records, Lama.r
County, Texas.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map Qf the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordina.nce No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provi_sions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict her_ewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and a.dopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the lOth day of December,
1984.
