AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 2004 WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 10, 1983.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2004 of the
City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. That the City Engineer of the
City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this
Ordinance; and the Site Plan, including the
Drainage Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is in
all things approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
January 10, 1983.
