AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2649, PASSED OPd THE
13TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1982, PERMITTING TIME FOR REPAIR OF
STRUCTURES OTHERWISE DECLAREU DILAPIDATED AT 816 EAST
WASHINGTON STREET, LOT 15, BLOCK l, GIBBONS PARK ADDITION,
BELONGING TO GEORGE HARRIS, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
OF FEBRUARY 14, 1983.
WHEREAS, George Harris appeared before the City Council
at its Regular Meeting on the lOth day of January, 1983 and
requested that he be permitted to repair and bring into Code
compliance the structure heretofore declared to be dilap-
idated at 816 East Washington Street, Lot 15, Block l,
Gibbons Park Addition;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris deemG it
to be in the best interest of the City of Paris that its
citizen, George Harris be given until April l, 1983 to
repair and bring into Code requirements the structure at
number 816 East Washington Street, Lot 15, Block l, Gibbons
Park Addition; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance 2649 be
changed to show the time given to make repairs to 816 East
Washington, Lot 15, Block l, Gibbons Park Addition, as
April 1, 1983.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
February 14, 1983.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of February, 1983.
