PROVIDIPdG THAT THE CODE OF ORDITIANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS
BE AI4ENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IlV
PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING A
NO PARKTNG AREA; PROVIUING FOR A YENALTY NOT TO EXCEED
$200.00; REPEALING ALL OP.DINANCES OR PARTS OR ORDINANCES IPd
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF
APRIL l, 1983.
BE IT ORDAIrdED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (c) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Yaris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the
following No Parking area:
"On the East side of 2nd S. E. Street 'Lrom the
South curb line of Lamar Ave., South to the North curb
line of Clarksville Street."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor,
and upon conviction shall be fined in any sur.l not to exceed
$200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
cor.flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
April 1, 1983.
