AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARZS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF URDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CUNTROL DEVICE MAP
ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE;
PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY r10T TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL
(7RDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES Ir1 CONFLICT; HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDIi+1G FOh Aid EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 4, 1983.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted
in Paragraph (b) of Sectior. 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Paris be amended to include mandatory right-
turn-only lanes as follows:
"Westbound in the North lane of the 300 block
of Lamar Ave. at 3rd N. E. Street."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C"
Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum
not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall becor.ie effective
on the 4th day of April, 1983. •
