ORDINANCE N0. 83-025
AN ORDINANCE UF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF CHAPTER 5 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND DECLARING THE
SAME TO BE NULL AND VOID AND OF NO EFFECT; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 10, 1983.
BE IT ORDAIPdED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Chapter 5 of the Code of Ordinances,
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, is hereby repealed and declared
null and void and of no effect.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
May 10, 1983.
