CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A

Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - OFFICE DISTRICT (PD-f), be,

AVENUE CHURCH OF CHRIST, FRANK STONE, LLOYD HERRON, BURL
WHITAKER, T.A. CUNNINGHAM, MARY BUSH, MAMIE GRAVES, TERREL

DEVELOPMENT - OFFICE (PD-f) the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as
a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(5F-2), and that the
boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - OFFICE (PD-f), be,
and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being further described as follows:
TRACT l: Being Lots 2,3,4 and 5, Block l, Hayes
Heights Addition to the City of Paris as shown on
plat of said addition of record in Plat Records,
Lamar County, Texas.
TRACT 2: BEGINNING at a point in the South
boundary line of Lamar Avenue, said point being
the Northeast corner of Lot 25, City Block 249 and
being West 434 feet from the West boundary line of
31st S. E.;
THENCE South with the East line of said Lot
25, a distance of 225 feet more or less to the
North line of the proposed Johnson Woods Park
Subdivision;
THENCE Westerly with the said North line of
the Johnson's Woods Park subdivision approximately
755 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 22B, City

THENCE North a distance of 30 feet to the

THENCE East with the North line of said Lot
13, a distance of 90 feet to its Northeast corner;
THENCE South with the East line of said Lot
13, a distance of 250 feet to a point in the North
boundary line of Lamar Avenue;
THENCE Westerly with the North boundary line
of Lamar Avenue, a distance of 930 feet to the
place of beginning.
TRACT 4: BEGINNING at the intersection of the
South boundary line of Lamar Avenue with the East
boundary line of 32nd S. E., same being the
Northwest corner of Lot 1, City Block 289;
THENCE Easterly with the South boundary line
of Lamar Avenue a distance of 694 feet more or
less to the west boundary line of 33rd S.E., same
being the Northeast corner of Lot 4, City Block

THENCE Southerly with the West boundary line
of 33rd S. E., a distance of 214.5 feet to the
Southeast corner of said Lot 4;
THENCE Westerly along the North line of said

THENCE Northerly a distance of 10 feet to the
Northeast corner of Lot 7, City Block 289;
THENCE Westerly a distance of 300 feet to a
point in the East line of Lot 10, City Block 289;
THENCE Northerly, a distance of 58 feet to
the Northeast corner of said Lot 10;
THENCE Westerly, with the North line of Lot
10, a distance of 150 feet to a point, the South-
west corner of Lot 2, City Block 289;
THENCE Northerly with the West line of said
Lot 2, a distance of 10 feet to the Southeast
corner of Lot l, City Block 289;
THENCE Westerly a distance of 75 feet to a
point in the East boundary line of 32nd S.E.;
THENCE Northerly along the East boundary line
of 32nd S. E. a distance of 183 feet to the place
of beginning.
Section 2. That the zoning herein granted is
conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan in accordance
with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No. 1710, which after full
compliance with the procedure established in Section 21 of
said Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City
Council prior to the issuance of any building permits.
Section 3. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of June, 1983.
