AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 83-033 WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL UF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL
ORDINAiv'CES OR PARTS OF ORDINAPdCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JULY 11, 1983.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 83-033 of
the City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as
follows:
"Section 2. That the zoning herein granted
is conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan
in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No.
1710, which after tull compliance with the
procedure established in Section 21 of said
Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City
Council prior to the issuance ot any building
permits. The site plan, including the drainage
plan, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", is approved
as to Lot 24A, City Block 249 only, being only
part of the property required in such plat plans."
Section 2. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
July 11, 1983.
