AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 83-033 WHIGh
AN:ENDED ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1110 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JULY 11, 1983.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 83-033 of
the City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as
follows:
"°Section 2. That the zoning herein granted
is conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan
in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No.
1710, which after full compliance with the pro-
cedure established in Section 21 of said Ordinance
No. 1710, must be approved by the City Council
prior to the issuance of any building permits.
The site plan, including the drainage plan, with
natural screening along South boundary Line and
the requirement to construct a screening barrier
on the South boundary line attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", is approved as to Lot 3, City Block
285 only, being only part of the property required
in such plat plans."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
3uly 11, 1983.
