AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDIrdG THAT THE CODE OF ORDINA14CES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICE MAP
ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE;
PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF AUGUST 1, 1983.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CGUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted
in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Paris be amended to include mandatory right-
turn-only lanes as follows:
"Northbounci in the East lane of South Main Street
at Clarksville Street.
Southbound in the We.st lane of lst N. W. Street at
Bonham Street.
Eastbound in the South lane of Grand Ave. at lst
S. W. Street."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misde-
meanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to
exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Sectior. 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
the lst day of August, 1983.
