AN URDINANCE AMENDING ZONIi1G ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, YARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ON LOT 3, CITY BLOCK 1, HAYES HEIGHTS
ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GLENN SMALLWOOD, SO AS TO
INCLLDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - OFFICE (PF-f); AND DESIGNATING THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED EY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Urdinance No. 1710 of the City ot
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a OFFICE DISTRICT (0) , be, and the same is hereby
established on LOT 3, CITY BLOCK 1, HAYES HEIGHTS ADDITION,
on property belonging to GLENN SMALLWOOD, so as to include
in such OFFICE DISTRIC;T (0) the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as
a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - OFFICE (PF-f), and that the
boundaries of said Or'FICE DISTRICT (0), be, and the same are
hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lar.lar, and State ot
Texas, anci being Lot 3, City Block l, Hayes
Heights Addition to the City of Paris as shown on
plat of said addition of record in Plat Records,
Lamar County, Texas.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Nap of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1/10 and the land use
r.iap a.ccompanying the sar.le, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
imriediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 8th day of August, 1983.
