AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTP.ICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 5, BLOCK N, EAST PART
ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CHARLES L. FRAZIER, SO AS
TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERkITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT No. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3)
AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-r10BILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS;
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Urdinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is
hereby established on LOT 5, BLOCK N, EAST PART ADDITION, on
property belonging to CHARLES L. FRAZIER, so as to include
in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39) the hereira_after
described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT No. 3(SF-3),
and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39), be,
and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Lot 5, Block N, East Park
Addition to the City of Paris as shown on plat of
said addition recorded in Plat Records, Lamar
County, Texas.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions ot Ordinar.ce No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 8th day of August,
1983.
