AN ORDINAr1CE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARTES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
ONE FAMILY DWELLIPIG DISTRICT P10. 3( SF-3 ) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 12, BLOCK 0, EAST PARK
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PARIS, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO
RONNIE SNOWTON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3);
AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-r10BILE HOriE
(39) SG ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-riOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is
hereby established on LOT 12, BLOCK 0, EAST PARK ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF PARIS, on property belonging to RONNIE SNOWTON,
so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3
( SF-3 ) AND SPECiFIC USE PERP2IT-r10BILE HOME (39) the herein-
after described property, which was formerly and is
presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3
(SF-3), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT P10. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HO1`ZE
(39), be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lar.iar, and State of
Texas, and being Lot 12, Block 0, East Park
Addition to the City of Paris, as shown on plat of
said addition of record in Plat Records, Lamar
County, Texas.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zonin.g Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
raap accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hzll, Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day of December,
1983.
