ORDINANCE N0. 2600
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PRO-
VIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDIPZANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE
AMENDED BY REVISING THE TR.AFFIC-CONTROL DEVICE ~'IAP ADOPTED
IN PAR.AGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING
FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200,00; REPEALING ALL ORDI-
NANCES OR PARTS OF ORllINAA1CES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY l, 1982.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic-Control Device Map
adopted in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paris be amended to include
mandatory right-turn-only lanes as follows:
"Westbound in the North lane of the 600 Block of
Bonham Street at 7th Street, N.W.
Eastbound in the South lane of tlze 700 Block of
Bonham Street at 7th Street, N.W."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the pro-
visions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C'°
Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum
not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
January l, 1982.
