AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF
THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA-
RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITSB OCKS135,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that
an Office District (0), be, and the same is hereby established
on Lots 5 and 5-A, City Block 135, on property belonging to
Inncon Corporation, so as to include in such Office District
(0), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly
and is presently designated as a Multiple-Family Dwelling
District No. 1(MF-1), and that the boundaries of said
Office District (0), be, and the same are hereby established
as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the L. Rattan
H. R. Survey and a part of a lot of land deeded to
W. B. Aikin by W. W, Stell on the 24th day af F182uary,
1886, by deed recorded in Book W, Vol. 2, p ge
Lamar County Registry of Deeds;
BEGINNING at the point where the SB line of West
Sherman Street intersects the WB line of South Travis
Street;
THENCE West with the SB line of Sherman Street 111
feet to a stake;
THENCE South 175 feet to a stake in the SB line of
said lot deeded to W. B. Aikin by W. W. Stell;
THENCE East 111 feet to the WB line of Travis
Street;
THENCE North with the same 175 feet to the place
of beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Comrnunity Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change
the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the
provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map
accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions
of this ordinance.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4, This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City
Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day of April, 1982,
