THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE SOTABLISH-

BOUNDARIES OF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that
a General Retail District (GR), be, and the same is hereby

established on part of Lots 2 and 3, Block 2,
Addition, on property belonging to Jesse Hall, so as to in-
clude in such General Retail District (GR), the hereinafter
described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a One-Family Dwelling Disttthat thesbounda-
and Neighborhood Service District (NS), and be, and the same

are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the I. Davis
Headright Survey;
BEGINNING at a point in the west line of Fitzhugh
Avenue; said point being 51 feet south of the south line
of Blake Road;
THENCE South with the west line of Fitzhugh Avenue
100 feet to a point;
THENCE West 100 feet to a point;
THENCE North 100 feet to a point;
THENCE East 100 feet to the place of beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the pro-
visions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompa-
nying thA same, and in accordance with the provisions os this
ordinance.
