which was formerly and is presently desagaa~,atathe boundaries
Family Dwelling District No. 1(Mbel)and the same are hereby
of said Commercial District (C),
established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part
of the Larkin Rattan Survey;
BEGINNING at a stake for corner at the intersection
of the south line of Long Street with the west line of
South Main Street;
THENCE South with the west line of South Main Street
177 feet to a point;
THENCE West 114.5 feet to a point;
THENCE North 31 feet to a point;
THENCE West 116 feet to a point in the east line of
lst S. W, Street;
THENCE North 0 Deg. 50 Min, east along the east line
of lst Street, 146 feet to a point in the south line of
Long Avenue;
THENCE East 228.5 feet along the south line of Long
Avenue to the place of beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the pro-
visions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying
the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordi-
nance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall becor.me effective immedi-
ately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City
Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day of April, 1982.
