AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF
THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHAYIGING THE BOUNDA-
RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH-
ING A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) ON PART OF LOTS 23
AND 24, BLOCK 2 OF THE MARTIN-BLOCK ADDITION, ON PROPERTY
BELONGING TO ALLEN PRICE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY
FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIG-
NATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
(2F), SO ESTABLISHED,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,and
be, and the same is
that a 'Itao-Family Dwelling District (2F),
hereby established on part of Lots 23 and 24 of the Martin-
Block Addition, on property blonging to Allen Price, so as
the
to include in such Two-Family Dwelling District (2F),
hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is
presently disignated as a Commercial District (C), and that
the boundaries of said Two-Family Dwelling District (2F), be,
and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being the South part
of Lots 23 and 24, Block 2 of the Martin-Block Addition,
located on the Northwest corner of 7th N. W. and West
Cherry Street.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change
the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the
provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map
accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions
of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immedi-
ately upon p assage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City
Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day of April, 1982.
