ORDINANCE N0. 2622
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PRO-
VIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE
AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICE MAP ADOPTED
IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING
FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDI-
NANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PRO-
VIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY l, 1982.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic-Control Device Map
adopted in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paris be amended to include a
mandatory right-turn-only lane as follows:
"Northbound in the East lane of the 10 Block of
12th Street, S. E. at Lamar Avenue."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
shall

Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
May l, 1982.
