AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PRO-
VIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE
AMENDED BY ADDING SECTIONSI9-16 AND 19-17 TO THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE PERMITTING OF PR~V~DING FOR
PLACEMENT AND OCCUPANCY OF TRAVEL TRAILERS;
A REPEALING
OR PARTS OF
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 21, 1982.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Article II of Chapter 19 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Paris be amended by adding
Sections 19-16 and 19-17 to read as follows:
"Article II. Travel Trailers and Motor Homes...
Sec. 19-16. Temporary Placement and Use of Travel
Trailers By Permit Only.
No person shall nlace or use a travel trailer
within the City of Paris without first having pro-
cured a permit so to do.
Sec, 19-17. Travel Trailer Permit.
The City Clerk of the City of Paris may, upon
the showing of ownership of a travel trailer and
good cause and need for the temporary placement of
the same within the corporate limits of the City of
Paris, issue a permit for a period of time not to
exceed thirty (30) days for the placement of such
travel trailer on property other than public property.
Upon the showing of good cause and need such permits
may be renewed at the discretion of the City Clerk."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinnce

Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinances shall become effective on
April 21, 1982.
