AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2578 AMENDING THE
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF PARIS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
JULY 1, 1981 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1982; REPEALING ALL ORDI-
NANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the 1981-82 budget, be, and the same
is hereby amended in accordance with the provisions of
Article V, Section 60, of the Charter of the City of Paris.
Section 2. That the sum of $300,000.00, be, an.d the
same is hereby appropriated out of fund balances of the
General Fund for the payment of existing expenses com-
mensurate with the tornado disaster as follows:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Sanitation $300,000.00
300,000.00
Total Amended Appropriation -
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
