2640 ORD ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EMERGENCY DISASTER FUND FOR PERIOD BEGINNING JULY 1, 1982 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1983 ORDINANCE N0, 2640 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE EMERGENCY DISASTER FUND FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING JULY l, 1982 A~.~D ENDING JUNE 30, 1983, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF PARIS, ESTABLISHING SAID FUND AND APPROPRI- ATING THE VARIOUS AMOUNTS THEREOF AND REPEALING ALL ORDI- NANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Paris has submitted to the City Council a proposed budget of the Emergency Disaster Fund of said City and the expenditures thereof for the period beginning July 1, 1982, and ending June 30, 1983; WHEREAS, the City Council has received said City Manager's proposed budget for the Emergency Disaster Fund, a copy of which proposed budget and all supporting schedules have been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris, and attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof; and, WHEREAS, the City of Paris has been declared a disaster area by the Governor of the State of Texas and the President of the United States of America; and, WHEREAS, a disaster emergency was heretofore declared by the City Council of the City of Paris in Resolution No. 2161; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l, That the proposed budget of the revenues and expenditures of the Emergency Disaster Fund for the period beginning July 1, 1982 and ending June 30, 1982, as submitted to the City Council by the City Manager of said City, be, and the same is in all things adopted and approved as the budget of the Emergency Disaster Fund for such period. Seciton 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed, Section 3. This ordinance shall be and remain in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the City Council of the City of Paris.
