AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF SECTION 18-6.1 AND 18-6.2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, AND DECLARING
THE SAt7E TO BE NULL AND VOID AND OF NO EFFECT, AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF AUGUST 9, 1982.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That section 18-6.1 and 18-6.2 of the
Coae of Ordinances, City of Paris, be, and the same is
hereby repealed and declared null and void and of no effect.
Section 2. That the section immediately following
section 18-5 be numbered Section 18-6 and that the same
should be entitled "Loitering Prohibited". This paragraph
is a correction of printing errors heretofore made.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4, This ordinance shall become effective
on August 9, 1982.
