AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF
THE CITY OF PARIS, PAR.IS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA-
RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY: ESTABLISH-
ING A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT,
LODGE (17) ON LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 79-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING
TO MOUNT SINIA LODGE #1570, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY
FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); TWO AND DESIGN2FINA~~T~HSPEOI~D~USE PEIUIIT LODGE~17) SOWESTABLISHED.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a Two Family Dwelling District (2F) and Specific
Use Permit Lodge (17), be, and the same is hereby established
on Lot 10, City Block 79-A, upon property belonging to
Mount Sinia Lodge # 1570, so as to include in such Two Family
Dwelling District (2F) and Specific Use Permit, Lodge(17)
the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is
presently designated as a Two Family Dwelling District (2F),
and that the boundaries of said Two Family Dwelling District
(2F) and Specific Use Permit Lodge (17),be, and the same are
hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas,
and being Lot 10, City Block 79-A as shown by plat
of record, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of September, 1982.
