ORDINANCE NO. 2658
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS
BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN
PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING A
NO PARKING AREA: PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED
$200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES UR PARTS OR ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF
DECEMBER l, 1982.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (c) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the
following No Parking area:
"On both sides of FM 137, from the West
Boundary Line of S. W. Loop 286, Southwest to the
Southwest City Limit line."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor,
and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed
$200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
December 1, 1982.
