WHEREAS, Jimmy Lee Furtch appeared before the City
Council at its Special Meeting on the lst day of November,
1982 and requested that he be permitted to repair and bring
into Code compliance the structures heretofore declared to
be dilapiaofore o expendedr $l,900. OOOlin ahavingV the ltwo

structures leveled; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris deems it
to be in the best interest of the City of Paris that its
citizeri, Jimmy Lee Furtch be given six (6) months to repair
and bring into Code requirements

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Block 74-C and
Section 1. That 405 East Grove, Lot 7,
401 East Grove, Lot 6, Block 74-C, be removed from the list
included in Section 1 of Ordinance 2649 and that they be
added to the list that appears in Section 2 of said ordi-
nance with May 15, 1983 listed thereafter.
Section 2. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordiriance shall become effective on
November 8, 1982.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of November, 1982.
