2661 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 1710 AND CHANGING BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY ESTABLISHING OFFICE DISTRICT (O) ON LOT 26 CITY BLOCK 249 ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BARNEY BRAY III ORDINANCE N0. 2661 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE DISTRICT (O) ON LOT 26, CITY BLOCK 249, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BARNEY BRAY, III, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NG. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFF'ICE DISTRICT (O) SO ESTABLISHED, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an Office District (O), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 26, City Block 249, on property belonging to Barney Bray, III, so as to include in such Office District (0) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Office District (O), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the George W. Cox Survey in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the South boundary line of Lamar Ave. at the northeast corner of the tract of land conveyed by Harriet Ayers McKallan to O. E. Hayes by deed recorded in Book 273, Page 442, Lamar County Deed Records; THEDICE West witYi the South boundary line of Lamar Ave. 200 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South a distance of 273 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 860 35' East a distance of 200.2 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North, a dist«nce of 277 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Nap of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance Na. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
