BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS :
Section 1. That the Code of Ordimances of the CiW~l°h
Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended by adding Article IV,
includes Sections 14-50 and 14-51, to Chapter 14, to read as
follo=as :
"Article IV. Lardfill Fee
Sec. 14-50. Definition.
As used in this Article the word "Division" shall
mean the Water and Sp-wer Billing and Collection Division
of the Water and Sewer Departrnent of the City of Paris.
Sec. 14-51. Landfill Fee Rate.
Beginning July l, 1930, the Division shall collect
One ($1.00) Dollar for each single-family and each
two-family residential water customer.
