PEALING ALL ORDTNANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES Ih CONFLICT HERE-
WITH; AND PROVIDIr1G FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF SEPTE-MBER 1, 1980.
BE IT OP.DAII`IED BY THE CITV COIJDICIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Sectiom 1 of Ordinance No. 2491 shall
be amended to read as follows :
"Section 1.
That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted in
Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordi-
nances of the City oF Paris be amended to include stop
signs as follows:
Stop West Houston Street at Loop 286 N. W., frorn the
East
Stop Graham Street at Loop 286 N. W., fror.i the East
Stop 34th Street, N. W. at Loop 286 N. W, , from the
South
Stop Loop 286 N. W. exit ramps at 19th N. W. Street
(F.M. 79), from the East and West
Stop Lake Crook Road at 19th Street, N. W. (F.M. 79),
from the East
Stop Lake Crook. Road (19th N. W. ) at entrance to ramp
to LooD 286 N. W., from the East."
Section 2, That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted in
Parar ranh (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paris be amended to include stop signs as follows:
"Stop Abbott Lane at Johnson Woods Drive, from the
Eas t and Wes t
Stop 2nd Street, N. W. at West Houston Street, from
the South
Stop 4Jest Houston at lst Street, N. W. ,_from the West
Stop Blake Road at Fitzhugh Avenue, from the East and
Taest. "
Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordir9ance sha11 lbe guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and
upan conviction shall be fined in ain.y sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances i-n conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective on
Septembex l, 1980.
