Section 1. That Sectian 1 of Ordinanee No. 2334 be amended
by deleting the 20 mile per hour sneed limits as follows:
"20t'n S. E., fror.m the ra.orth right of way line of Culbertson
Street to 350 feet north of the nortn right of way line
of Hubbard StrPet
Hubbard Street, from the west rig?-it of way line of 20th
S. E. to the west right of way line of 22nd S. E.
Clevelarad Street, frorn the west right of way line of
20th S. E. to the west right of way line of 22nd S. E.
Pine BZufi Street, from the west right of way lirse of
12th N. E. to 150 feet west of the west right of way
line of lOth N. E.
8th S. E., from the north right of way line of Hea?-on
Street to the soi!th riPub of way line of Woodlawn Avenue
East Sherman Street, fro-n the east right of way line of

Section 2. Any nerson violating ar.y of the nrovisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misder,meanor, and
upon convictio-n shall be fined in any suan not to exceed $200.00.
Seetion 3. All ordinances or parts o'. ordinances in conflict
herewit?i are herebv expressly repealed.
Section 4. Th.is ordinance sliall becor•ze effective on
