PARTS OF ORDIDiANCES IN CONFLICT hEREWITH; ~ND PROVIDTNG FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 1, 1980.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TriE CI'Y'Y COUPICIL OF THE CTT4' OF PARIS :
Sectior. 1. That the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Paris be amended by revisin; Secta.on 8=50 and by addina a
Section to be numbered 8-51 as sollows:
" Section 8-50, Fishing Perriitted.
None of the provision.s of this article shall
be held to prohibit fishing in Lake Gibbor.s.
Section 8-51. Boating Prohibited During Certain
Dates,
It s?iall be unlawful for any person to use a
boat upon Lake Gibbons from October 1 through March 31
cahen such prohibition is posted at the boat ramn."
Section 2. Any person violating aaz.v of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guiltv of a Class "C" Misdemeanor,
and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed
$200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances ir con-
flict herewith are h.ereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. T:zis ordinance shall become effective on
October 1, 1980.
