VIDING TI'dAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARTS, PARIS,
TEXAS,BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TF,AFFTC-CONTROL DEVICE
MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE;
PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REpEALING
ALL ORDIrIANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN COr1FLICT HE..REWTT:z;
AND PROVIDTNG FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER l, 1980.
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CTTY 0F
PARIS:
Section l, That the Trailfic-Control Device Map
adopted in Paragraph (b) af Sectior 29-80 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paris be amended to include a
stop sign as iollows:
"Stop llth Street N. E. at Pine Bluff, from the
North.. "
Section 2. Ar.y person violating any of the provisions
of this ordiraance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor,
and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed
$200.00.
Section 3. AlT ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinarce shall becor_ie effective on
October l, 10,80,
