PROVIDIPdG FQR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR. PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
AND PROVTDTNG FOR ANT EFFECTTVE DATr OF NOVE-MBER 1, 1980.
BE IT fJRDAINi,D BY THE CITY COLTNCIL OF T%iE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1, 7-hat the Traific-Cortrol Device Map
adopted in Paragranh (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City oi Paris be arnended to include stop
signs as follows:
"Stop 11th Street, N. E, at Pine Bluff, from the
South
Stop llfih Street, N. E. at East Houstor,., £rom tlze
Nortn
Stop Hubbard Street at 20t?: Street, S. E., from the
East
Stop Shermar. Street at 6th Street, S. E., fror.z the
East,'"
Section 2. Any person violatzng an;r of the provisions
of this ordinarbce shall be guilty of a Class "C" i2isdeTneanor,
and upon conviction shall be fined in any sur:l not to exceed
$200.00.
Section 3. A11 ordinances or parts o-4 ordirbances in
conflict herewith are hereby extiressly repealed.
Sectio:-i 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
Nover_iber 1, 1980.
