BY REVISING THF TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICE MAP A.DOPTEL IiV PARAr
GRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR A PEN-
ALTY NOT TO EYCEED $200,00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CQNFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH l, 1981,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Sectian 1, That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted
in Pa.rag,raph (b) of Section 29-80 of tne Code of Ordinances
of the City of Faris be amended to include mandatory right
turns as follows:
"varthbound in the East lane of 7i-h N. W. at
Graham Street
Southbound in the West lane of 7th N. W. at
Bonham Street."
Section 2, Any person violatxng any of the provisians
of this ordinance sha11 be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeano-r,
and upon con.viction shall be iined in any sum not to exceed
$200,00.
Section 3. A11 ordinan.ces or parts af ordinances in
conflict her.ewith are hereby expressly repealed.
SPction 4, This ordinance shall become effective on
March 1, 1981.
