AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1710, OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION
OF TWO FIRST A21EENDED, OFFICIAL ZONING DISTRICT MAPS CON-
SISTING OF A COVER SHEET AND NINE (9) INDIVIDUAL SECTION
MAPS; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY iVOT TO EXCEED $200,00;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CON-
FLICT HEREWITH; AiND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF
JUNE l, 1981.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Section 4-101, Ordinance No. 1710,
be amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 4-101. Two first amended, official Zoning
District Maps consisting of a cover sheet and nine
(9) individual section maps are hereby adopted
bearing the signature of the Mayor and the at-
testation of the City Clerk and shall be filed
and maintained as follows:
a. One copy s?-iall be filed with the City Clerk
and retained as the original reeord and shall
not be changed in any manner.
b. One copy shall be filed with the Director of
Community Developnent and shall be maintained
up to date by the Director of Community
Development by posting thereon all changes
and subsequent amendments for observation in
issuing Building Permits, Certificates of
Occupancy and campiiance and enforcing the
Zoning Ordinance.
c. Reproductions for information purposes may
from time to time be made of the first
amended, officiaT Zoning District Maps,"
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class C Misdemeanor,
and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed
$200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
June 1, 1981.
