AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND A SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT, DAY NURSERY (25) ON LOT 17, BLOCK Q, EAST PARK
ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CLABON STEWARD AND HELEN
STEWARD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIG-
NATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3); AND
DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC tiSE PERMIT, DAY NURSERY (25), SO
ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY T HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C1TY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning rlap and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that
a One Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) and a Specific
Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), be, and the same are hereby
established on Lot 17, block Q, East Park Addition, on prop-
erty belonging to Clabon Steward and Helen Steward, so as to
include in such One Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3)
and Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), the hereinafter
described property, which was formerly and is presently desig-
nated as a One Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), and that
the boundaries of said One Family Dwelling District No. 3
(SF-3) and Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), be, and the
same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 17, Block
Q, East Park Addition, located at 1420 Fitzhugh Avenue.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change
the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the
provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompa-
nying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this
ordinance.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immedi-
ately upon passagee
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regslar session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of July, 1981.
