ORDINANCE N0. 2587
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS PRO-
VIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE
AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN
PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE; ELIMINATING
A NO-PARKING AREA; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF SEPTEBER 1, 1981,
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic No-Parking Map adopted
in Paragraph (c) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to exclude
the following No-Parking areas:
"On the North side of East Tudor from the East
Boundary Line of 3rd Street, N.E. to the West
Boundary Line of 5th Street, N.E.
On the North Side of East Tudor Street from the
East Boundary Line of 6th Street, N.E. to the
West Boundary Line of 20th Street, N.E."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
September l, 1981.
