2590 ORD PROVIDING CODE OF ORDINANCES BE AMENDED BY REVISING TRAFFIC PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE
ORDINANCE N0. 2590
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN
PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING
FOR HANDICAPPED PARKING ZONES; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT
TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINA^1CES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER l, 1981.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l, That the Traffic Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (b) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Paris be amended to include Handicapped
Parking Zones as follows:
"The most Westerly parking space on North side af
Bonham Street in the 10 Block; the most Easterly
parking space on the South side af Grand Avenue
in the 10 Block."
Section 2. Any person violating any provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor
and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to ex-
ceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
October l, 1981.
