VIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDIiVANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE

PAP.AG£`AF11 (c) OF SEC7.'ION 29-112 OF SAID COllE ; 1:;iTABLISHING
AN0 PARKING AREA; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED
$200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IPd COr1FLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
OF JANUARY 1, 1982.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted
in Paragraph (c) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordi-
nances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to
include the following No Parking area:
"On the West side of 19th Street, N. W., from the
North Boundary Line of West Walker Street, North
50 feet."
Section 2< Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C`' Misde-
meanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not
to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4, This ordinance shall become effective on
January l, 1982.
