AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS PROVIDING
THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS BE
AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-"CONTROL DEVICE MA.P ADOPTED
IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE;,PROVIDING FOR A

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted
in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Paris be amended to include stop signs as follows:
"Stop 34th N. W. at Graham, from the North and South
Stop Pine Mill Road at Loop 286, from East and West
Stop Clement Road at Loop 286, from the East (Spur 139)
Stop 34th N. E. at Loop 286, From the North
Stop 30th N. E. at Loop 286, from the North
Stop Hickory at Loop 286, from the West
Stop Ballard Drive at Loop 286, from the South "
Section 2. That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted
in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paris be amended to include mandatory right turns
as follows:
t1Northbound in East lane on North Main at Pine Bluff
Westbound in North lane of Clarksville at 12th S. E.
Eastbound in South lane of Bonham at 7th S. W.
Westbound in North lane of Lamar at 20th N. E."
Section 3. That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted
in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paris be amended to include mandatory left turns
as follows:
"Northbound in West lane of 12th S. E. at Lamar
Eastbound in the Center lane of Clarksville at 12th S. E.
Westbound in the North lane of Clarksvilleat 12th S. E."
Section 4. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and
upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 5. All ordinanc esor parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective on
October l, 1978.
