AN ORDINANCE OF TAE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS,
BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC PAR.KING MAP ADOPTED
IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE; PR.OVIDING
FOR A PENALTY NGCFOR
OR PARTS
AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECEMBER 1, 1978.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARI S :
Section 1. That the Traffic Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (b) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Paris be amended to include a two hour parking
space as follows~
"Being the most Westerly space available on the
North side of Bonham Street in the 10 Block."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and
upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
December 1, 1978.
