AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
OF THE CITY OF PA RIS, PA R IS, TEXA S, A ND CHA NG ING THE
BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON
LOT 9 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 8, BLOCK 4, POLAND
ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MAB LE BURCHINA L, SO
AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED
AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217); AND DESIGNATING
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT
(NS) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF
PA RIS:
Section l. Zhat the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Neighborhood
Service District (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 9
and the East 1/2 of Lot 8, Block 4, Poland Addition, on property be-
longing to Mab le Burchinal, so as to include in such Neighborhood
Service District (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was
formerly and is presently designated as a Two-Family Dwelling
District (217), and that the boundaries of said Neighborhood Service
District (NS), be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the Corporate Limits oE the City of
Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 9 and the
E,qst 1/2 of Lot 8, Block 4, Poland Addition, located at
1523 Neathery Street.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the
same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris,
Texas, on this the 8th day of January, 1979.
