ORDINANCE NO. 2440
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 2372
WHICH AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID
ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE OF APRIL 9, 1979.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PA RIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2372 of the
City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The site plan of the property herein
re-zoned, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved,
subject to all floor elevations being established at 528
feet, streets and grounds elevation being established
at a minimum of 527 feet, with detailed drainage and
utility plans approved by the Director of Public Works
being filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris. "
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
Apri19, 1979.
